1. MAKEUPS: If you miss a class due to illness or other reason you can schedule your makeup as far in advance as you like. You can even pre schedule if you know you are going to miss a class(please mark yourself absent see below). Do not wait until the end of the session to schedule makeups. If you take advantage of our Unlimited Bonus classes there is really no need for makeups, however I know some families' schedules are more limited than others so I do want to be sure I prioritize Makeups. Makeup classes cannot be rolled over.
2. NEW UNLIMITED BONUS CLASSES: Bonus Classes cannot be scheduled more than 1 day in advance to be sure there is plenty of space for families needing to makeup missed classes. Put the word BONUS where it says missed class. Bonus classes are based on availability and can only be used in the semester your are registered in. Simply check the availability 24 hrs in advance. If there are no spaces available it means those slots are full.
3.. CANCEL MAKEUPS & BONUS CLASSES as soon as possible if you cannot attend. Simply click on the Cancel Tab (next to the Schedule Tab) and proceed from there. This is very important in order to keep our unlimited Bonus Class option working. Not cancelling your MAKEUP OR BONUS CLASS may result in us limiting your makeups and bonus classes. Please help us to work together.
4. CANCEL IF YOU ARE NOT ATTENDING YOUR REGULAR CLASS to free up space for makeups & bonus classes. Go to My Account to mark yourself not attending as soon as you know and first thing in the am if you can not attend. Please do not text Julie if you are not attending classes as she will not be able to update the spaces if she is teaching. Your space will automatically open up for someone to jump into.
